Vamsidhar Myneni

Managing Director

Vamsidhar Myneni is a first-generation entrepreneur, infrastructure leader with experience in water, energy, roads, irrigation, building construction, and industrial projects. As Managing Director and CEO, he has led the growth of large-scale operations with a focus on engineering discipline, operational efficiency, technology adoption, and sustainable growth. He holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and formal training in Business Administration.

Bhargav Myneni

Director

Bhargav Myneni has over 18 years of experience in information technology, infrastructure development and civil construction. He contributes strategic and technical insight to organisational growth and governance. He holds a degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering and a Master’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Computer Networking from McNeese State University, Louisiana, USA. His prior experience includes roles at Deloitte and Methodex Consulting Services Inc.

Sudhakar Kunamneni

Technical Head

Sudhakar Kunamneni is a first-generation entrepreneur with more than 20 years of experience in the field of telecommunication and renewable energy with strong expertise in EPC and O&M services. He has led the development of more than 600 MW of solar assets across India, supporting turnkey delivery and maintenance solutions. He is an Engineering graduate with MBA in Operations Management.

S. P. Somani

Commercial Head

Surya Prakash Somani is a finance leader with over 35 years of experience across infrastructure, energy, manufacturing and global markets. He has led capital structuring, fund raising, financial restructuring and large scale strategic initiatives in excess of INR 4,000 crore. A rank-holding Chartered Accountant and ICWA professional, he brings deep financial and execution expertise to the company.

J. K. Naidu

Head Land Acquisition

J. K. Naidu brings extensive experience in land acquisition, stakeholder management, and statutory approvals for infrastructure and energy projects. He plays a key role in enabling project development through effective land and regulatory facilitation.

Gautam Sharma

Member – Legal & Contracts

Gautam Sharma is a techno-legal expert with extensive experience in contract management, claims advisory, dispute resolution, and infrastructure project governance. He supports Sree Green Energy’s growth by providing strategic guidance on legal, contractual, and commercial matters.
