Before any project breaks ground, it goes through a structured review to identify and manage its environmental and social risks not just to meet approval requirements, but to catch issues early enough to design around them.
Environmental Impact Assessments (EIA) conducted for applicable projects, covering land, water, air, and biodiversity impact before construction begins.
Stakeholder consultation with local communities, panchayats, and authorities during project planning to surface concerns before they become conflicts.
Regulatory compliance with central and state environmental clearances, forest and wildlife norms, and land-use regulations.
Grievance redressal mechanisms in place for affected communities throughout the project lifecycle, from construction through operation.
Ongoing monitoring of environmental and social commitments post-commissioning, not just at the approval stage.
Sustainable energy has to benefit the communities it’s built in. Around every project site, we invest in jobs, skills, and infrastructure from rural electrification under PM-KUSUM to education and healthcare support for nearby communities.

We support income-generating opportunities for women in and around our project sites through self-help group partnerships, vocational training, and preference for women-led local enterprises in project supply chains.
We invest in the physical and material conditions that let children stay in school like classroom construction and repair, sanitation facilities, and learning materials for schools near our project sites.
We support access to basic healthcare in project-adjacent communities through health camps, medical infrastructure support, and awareness programs on preventive care
Beyond the emissions we avoid through generation, we run local conservation and awareness initiatives — tree plantation drives, water conservation projects, and renewable energy awareness programs in schools and communities near our sites.
We run training programs that build technical and vocational skills relevant to the renewable energy sector and beyond, helping local youth qualify for jobs both within our projects and in the broader economy.
We invest in shared infrastructure — roads, water access, and public facilities that benefits the wider community, not just our project operations, ensuring the areas we work in see broader development alongside energy generation.
